Softsync
Word Mark
The word mark for the identity design must always be memorable and balanced in every way and it has to be clear for it to be identified easily. The typeface modified from the original typeface. The changes in kerning, ascender & descender heights and terminal of letter.
We modified the kerning, gave diagonal edges to the letters ‘f’ and ‘t’, and reduced the descender of ‘y’ by 20% to match the X height of the letters.
Logo Mark
Logo mark is derived from the word Softsync. OF the two Ses one denotes ‘Soft’ and the other, ‘Sync’. The angular brackets are used in everyday programming. Once arranged, the negative space of both symbols reveals one more S. So there are two Ses in the symbol.
Rounded edges to the square box around the logo mark to make it balanced and shift emphasis to the word mark.
Final Combination
The final combination of Word mark and Logo Mark try to using in two away as per the application layout support one is horizontal way and one is center way.
The final word mark and logo mark combination were laid out in two different arrangements, one center-vertical and second left-right horizontal to suit digital and print applications.
Colors
Color plays a huge role in how the audience perceives a brand. After analysing the personality of the brand, “Earth Blue” color was chosen as it suited the Softsync business. We have chosen 3 primary colors – blue, white and black. These 3 main colors are mostly used in brand design materials. A secondary color palette specification is also provided which can be used for other branding material.

Typography is a strong extension of our brand personality. We have used a single sans serif font to represent our brand in the market. It’s a simple font family which supports all medium, web as well as print. Typography plays a pivotal role in the brand’s style. Using this range correctly allows us to create easily identifiable messaging that is clear from distractions.
